1. General
1.1 info@saphirmedailledorshop.com is a part of The Shoe Care Shop (registered at the Chamber of Commerce Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 34358784).
1.2 On all our offers the below-mentioned delivery- and payment conditions apply. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website saphirmedailledorshop.com.
1.3 When placing an order at saphirmedailledorshop.com or one of the affiliate sites, you automatically agree with our delivery and payment conditions. saphirmedailledorshop.com reserves the right to change her delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiration of the term.
1.4 saphirmedailledorshop.com guarantees that the product delivered meets the agreement and the specifications listed in the offer.
1.5 After placing your order you automatically receive a confirmation email.
2. Delivery
2.1 Delivery takes place as long as the products are in stock.
2.2 The delivery time to an address in Europe is 2-4 working days in most cases. If the order hasn't been delivered to you within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase. This doesn't apply in case we have agreed on a different delivery period with you. Any payments made will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

2.4 saphirmedailledorshop.com reserves the right, if wanted, to not supply any goods to retailers.
3. Cancellation of the order
If you want to cancel your order, you can do this free of charge as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order you have to send us an email. If the order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, then you will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to us. We will also charge the shipping costs made to send the order to the customer. It is not possible to return a personalised product. Cancellation of a personalised product is only possible until it is engraved.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices and further statements on this website are subject to misprints. We do not accept responsibility for the consequences of misprints.
4.2 All prices include 21% VAT (Dutch tariff) and are in Euros (€).
5. Period of approval
5.1 All purchases on our website have an approval period of 14 days.
5.2 After receiving your order you have a period of 14 days in which you can return the purchase without a reason. The payment will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned package. Any shipping costs made by us will be withheld from the original purchase price of your order.
5.3 The item you want to return may not be used or damaged and has to be sent back in its original packaging.
5.4 The customer has to pay the shipping costs and hold the risk for shipping.
6. Agreement
6.1 An agreement is created between saphirmedailledorshop.com and the customer after saphirmedailledorshop.com has determined if the requirements can be met.
6.2 saphirmedailledorshop.com reserves the right to not accept an order without giving a reason or only to accept after a payment has been made.
7. Images
All images and data used on our website give a good impression of the products, but if a product differs slightly in any way, this cannot be a reason for cancellation of the agreement.

9. Disputes
9.1 A dispute occurs when one party claims there is a dispute.

9.3 saphirmedailledorshop.com cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever that occurs by usage, alteration or supply to a third party by the initial buyer of the product.
10. Guarantees
10.1 All products have a guarantee period of 1 year.
10.2 If a product appears to be faulty within the first week after purchase, this product will be replaced without any charge, provided that we have the product in stock.
